Most Amazing Socks
Men's Hanes HP-Fit white athletic socks. They conform to my foot tightly with no extra fabric hangin' around the toe or heel. They have a reinforced toe and heel, as well as arch support. They come in a pack of 6 for around $11 at Target. Finally I found some socks in a pack that I not only approve of, but want more of. I know you're not supposed to end a sentence with a preposition, but how else do I say that? I guess not only approve, but want. Yeah, that's it. I tried to find a link to the product on Hanes' website, but couldn't find it. With my luck, I bought the last pack and they discontinued the HP-Fit style. That's what happened to the best conditioner I ever used - some Dove foamy conditioner for fine hair that apparently was only in a test run and didn't sell well so they discontinued it.

First of all, I just bought these tonight, and my socks don't have arch support. Maybe I just wasn't paying enough attention to the different HP varieties -- I was kind of in a hurry. Anyway, I'm kind of bummed about it. If only they had arch support . . . Then they would be perfect!
Second of all, you can end a sentence with a preposition. How these dumb traditions get passed on as rules of grammar, I'll never know . . .
i love lexia and her love for white socks. i love coming home from church on a sunday afternoon and lexia takes her boots off and what does she have on her feet? white socks! i love it!!!!

So many things I've come to love have disappeared: my asics brand tennis, a clarifying shampoo by aussie, my socks with the arch support, my favorite lip balm, and it is difficult to find my erno lazslo facial product. Also, I get really irritated when companies change their product a bit. Most people probably don't recognize the change, but I do, and it bothers me to bits-to bits.
I love these socks!!!!! I was just looking at a pair I have and started searching the net to find out where I could buy some more. I only have 2 pair, they both came as "bonus" pairs in a couple packs of hanes no-show socks I bought. The heel "protector flap" is the best thing to happen to feet and heels since the shoe was invented.
Anyone who likes to wear no-show socks knows that they have a tendancy to ride down and your shoe eats your heel up.I have been searching for more of them ever since. Please say they still make em' :( Hands down best socks EVA!!!

These are the most AMAZING socks! My son loves them so much that I bought him 2 packs for his 14th birthday and he was thrilled! Now I am trying to find more, because his sister accidentally went back to college and took all his socks with her, and I can't find them! They have come out with their new "premium" line but our crummy Target only sells them in ankle socks.
I was looking for these socks online and this blog came up. I'm so bummed out now that I've learned they discontinued them. RIP Hanes HP fit, black ankle length socks. Best ever.

I'm such a dork for looking up great socks online because I too love these socks and am saddened that they discontinued them! (my search led me to your blog) My question to you is: Have you found a replacement sock that you like as much? And if so, what is it?
I was taken here searching for them online as well, they're marked Hanes HP-FIT on the bottom and the package says premium custom fit and light weight liner and all that, I tried looking it up by the upc code, no luck. I searched Hanes' website and couldn't find it. They had a sticker on them that shouts "New look!" And they're black and low cut no show, or something like that.
i've been searching online for those same socks and can't find them anywhere but i manage to come across your blog proclaiming your love of the same socks, what are the chances?
Excellent way to redact a blog, I think we can share more things about this same issue. If you are able, we can searching together, because I have a blog like this one and then we can improve the traffic together too.

I was also looking for these socks on the internet and came across this discussion. The one and only pair I have is precious. I don't even really know where they came from. They aren't like any other socks that I own and I buy socks in packs not individually. I wish I could find them.

my husband got the socks that you described. and he loves them, we went back to find them and we cant. i have looked everywhere. :(
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has been searching for these socks. These are the only socks I've Loved! and always browse through the socks when I'm at the store in hopes of finding these. Come on Hanes...bring them back :)
Bring them back!!! Best fitting, most comfortable socks ever!! Would have been an Xmas present but wifey couldn't find them.
My boyfriend loves the HP-fit socks as well. He actually keeps the last pathetic and holey pair in the back of his sock drawer... Kind of like a shrine. Ha.
We have tried tracking them down and it seems impossible. I just called Hanes and was informed they are sold exclusively through Target and they are indeed still making them. Hanes suggested I contact a manager at Target to request they order them. Wish me luck!

I found the Hanes premium custom fit lightweight liner at target, but what I'm looking for (and what I think lexia is describing) is the no-show sock with a reinforced achilles pad. I saw it at the hanes outlet in a low cut version, so hopefully they still have it somewhere...
I found them at Target today! - hope is not lost - they still make these socks! :)
